Greetings from Spain

An update from Mrs. Tiniacos in Spain…
We wanted to let you know that we are all having a great time in the Spanish Exchange. We have been in Madrid, Toledo, Salamanca and now in Santiago de Compostela. The students are taking advantage of every single opportunity in this experience, and they have really inmmersed in the culture. We are very proud of them. The are representing Newman School really well.
We are coming back home this Saturday. We hope you like the picture! You can see us there in Salamanca’s Plaza Mayor.

  1. We can’t wait to welcome the Jim Brown Spanish Exchange directors Myriam Quimbay and Natasha Tiniacos and their group of students next week! The rest of the community looks forward to learning about your experience living with Spanish families, speaking Spanish 24/7, and seeing “living history” around every street corner! The students were welcomed by the mayor of the city where they are staying, what an honor. We will create a photo gallery and video for the Newman community this spring, stay tuned!
